What we collect
When you apply, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, age, physical stats, training and lifestyle information, health and injury history, optional progress photos, and your goals and motivations.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to evaluate your coaching application and, if you become a client, to design and adjust your training and nutrition program.
Health & photo data
Health information and progress photos are sensitive data. They are stored securely, accessible only to your coach, and are never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
How it’s stored
Your application is stored in a secure Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, and photos are stored in a private storage bucket. New application notifications are sent to the coach via Telegram. The site is hosted on Vercel. All data transfer is encrypted via HTTPS.
Retention
We retain application data only for as long as necessary to evaluate your application and deliver coaching services. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
